Visit a Finca

Many of you who have read the book may have been tempted to see for yourselves exactly what the fuss is all about. So we’re hoping that you will come to Andalucia to discover the magic of this very special area for yourselves.

Your visit could be all the more rewarding if you can to stay in an old, comfortably restored finca packed with character, rather than in the relative luxury of a village hotel.

There are a few Spanish finca owners in the area who - even they may not appear on any commercially-published agency lists - are occasionally willing to let their fincas to visitors at quite reasonable rates. If this idea appeals to you, we could make enquiries and hopefully put you in touch. There are also some agencies who specialise in finca holidays, and these can be tracked down through the usual search engines.
