The website is not a substitute for the book, which will interest anyone who is involved with, or contemplating, a fascinating project of this nature. This book is very much on-going, as it is now in its second printing.

However, the site does contain additional information which could not be included in the book for various reasons. Some things would have gone out of date very quickly. Others would have been nice to include, but were omitted through sheer lack of space. These are to be found on this site.

Also you can join, free of charge, the active and friendly e-mail group, fincasinspain@yahoogroups.com. This will enable you to contact others who are also restoring old buildings in Spain, or living in the countryside.
